I'm new in town, stationed at Andrews Airforce Base, and I set out to look for a kids salon to have my daughter and my 2 son's hair done. I had high hopes because this salon was in close proximity of our new home and I saw a child on the street who got their hair done at this place and I liked it. I am someone who believes in paying well for good service and was prepared to pay whatever price quoted, with a honorable tip. When I got there, I was shocked to learn that I was being told I had to leave my children while they get their hair done. My first experience March2021 was great. The second experience, not great. This is a kids salon. I hate when it happens at adult salon but don't let a 4 year sit around for 90minutes with wet hair in order to hold clients. That's unacceptable. Very disappointing.

I just left this salon and I will NEVER return ! I made a appointment for my daughter on Friday for Sunday ! They gave me a 11:00am appointment for Sunday ! On Saturday the stylist reached out to me asking could I come at 12:30 instead & I agreed! I understand things happen/come up ! Today , the day of my appointment I get a call at 11:30am asking could I reschedule I let them know that I could not and asked was there anyone else available to do my daughters hair. She said she'd fit my daughter in but I'd have to wait until 1:30pm . I said ok & arrived to the salon at 1:15pm . I signed my daughter in and was told I'd have to wait another 30mins .
